Overview
The Deal Flow CRM allows you to add multiple companies, legal entities, and people at once, helping you quickly build your pipeline without having to create deals and add associated entities individually.
Bulk addition streamlines your workflow and saves time when importing prospects. This is especially useful when researching or screening large lists of companies, people, or legal entities and moving them into your CRM pipeline for tracking and follow-up.
When you bulk add associated entities, a new deal is created for each selected entity in your CRM pipeline.
Bulk Adding Associated Entities
Adding multiple associated entities creates deals with the entity name in the CRM pipeline. You can bulk add associated entities to the Deal Flow CRM from:
Within the CRM
Tracxn Database Pages
Important Notes
Each entity will be added as a separate deal in the pipeline.
If an entity is already present in the pipeline, it will not be added again by default.
To create new deals for entities that already exist in your CRM pipeline, select the checkbox “Create new deals for entities already in my CRM” at the bottom of the add screen.
More details given below.
Bulk Adding Associated Entities
1. Within the CRM
Companies, Legal Entities and People can be added as deals in the CRM pipeline by clicking on the 'Add Deals' button on the top right of your pipeline.

Search for multiple companies, legal entities, or people, select them from the dropdown, and specify basic deal information such as deal stage, members, and labels before adding them to the pipeline.
1.2. Tracxn List URL
This option is useful when you have applied filters on the Tracxn database and want to add all the resulting entities to your Deal Flow CRM at once.
After filtering companies, legal entities, or people on Tracxn:
Copy the filtered list URL.
Go to Deal Flow CRM → Add Deals → Tracxn List URL.
Paste the URL into the text field.
All entities matching that filtered search will be added to your pipeline with the deal details you define.

This option allows you to bulk add entities from saved searches you have previously added on the Tracxn platform.
If you have created and saved custom searches for companies on Tracxn:
Go to Deal Flow CRM → Add Deals → Saved Search.
Select the saved search from the dropdown menu.
All entities included in the selected saved search will be added to your pipeline.
Note: Saved Search is currently available only for the Companies database.
1.4. Custom List
This option allows you to bulk add entities from a custom list that you have created within the Tracxn platform.
If you have curated a custom list of companies, you can directly import all entities from that list into your Deal Flow CRM.
To add entities using a Custom List:
Go to Deal Flow CRM → Add Deals → Custom List.
Select the custom list from the dropdown menu.
All entities included in the selected custom list will be added as separate deals in your CRM pipeline.
Note: Saved Search is currently available only for the Companies database.
2. Tracxn Database Pages
Multiple Associated Entities can be directly added to a CRM pipeline while browsing the companies, legal entities, or people list pages on the Tracxn platform.
To bulk add from a list page:
Apply the required filters in the database to generate your results.
Select multiple entities using the checkboxes.
Click Add to CRM in the top action bar.
Choose Deal Flow CRM (New) from the dropdown.
Click + Add.
In case you have multiple pipelines, a modal window will open prompting you to:
Select the Pipeline.
Select the Stage within that pipeline.
Select the checkbox if you want to add entities already present in the CRM.
Once selected, click Proceed to add the entities.
All selected entities will be created as separate deals in the chosen pipeline and stage.
