Overview

  • The Tracxn - Zoho CRM integration allows you to seamlessly push company data from Tracxn directly into your Zoho CRM.

  • Once connected, you can add companies in just a few clicks, making your workflow more efficient while reducing manual effort.

How can I integrate Zoho CRM ?

  • Navigate to the Company Detail page (for example, Uber) and click the “Add to CRM”. Select Zoho CRM and click “Connect & Set as Default.

  • You will be redirected to Zoho authorization page, where you need to sign in (if not already) and grant the required permissions to complete the connection.

  • After successful connection, you will be redirected back to Tracxn. Zoho will be set as your default CRM for all future company pushes.

  • You can now start adding companies directly to Zoho from Tracxn.

Note:

Zoho CRM connection is not available for users on the Free plan.

If your trial account expires after a successful connection, you will not be able to add companies to Zoho until the account is reactivated.
