Overview
The Tracxn - Zoho CRM integration allows you to seamlessly push company data from Tracxn directly into your Zoho CRM.
Once connected, you can add companies in just a few clicks, making your workflow more efficient while reducing manual effort.
How can I integrate Zoho CRM ?
Navigate to the Company Detail page (for example, Uber) and click the “Add to CRM”. Select Zoho CRM and click “Connect & Set as Default.”
You will be redirected to Zoho authorization page, where you need to sign in (if not already) and grant the required permissions to complete the connection.
After successful connection, you will be redirected back to Tracxn. Zoho will be set as your default CRM for all future company pushes.
You can now start adding companies directly to Zoho from Tracxn.
Note:
Zoho CRM connection is not available for users on the Free plan.
If your trial account expires after a successful connection, you will not be able to add companies to Zoho until the account is reactivated.
How to change your default CRM ?
Go to Profile > Settings > CRM.
Select your preferred CRM & set it as default.
