The Soonicorn Club is updated on an ongoing basis on our platform in the event of an update about parameters such as funding, valuation, revenue growth, News, etc.
It is also to be noted that the Soonicorn Club ratings are subject to change (upgrade or downgrade) based on the improvement/ decline in the business metrics due to a variety of factors such as lack of recent funding, loss in brand value, revenue growth/degrowth, negative media traction, among many others.
For example, if a company that was earlier marked Soonicorn, raises a new round of funding at a significantly lower valuation, it would result in the downgrading or even removal of the rating given to the company.
