You can disable any sourcing board and disabling a dashboard will also disable the alerts set on the board.
You can follow the below steps to disable alerts:
Go to the “My Sourcing Boards” page where you can see all your sourcing boards.
Locate the desired board and click on the three dots in the top right corner. Select the "Disable Board” option from the drop down menu.
You will be prompted to confirm your action to disable the board. On confirmation, the board and any alerts set on the board will be disabled.
You can also enable a disabled dashboard and update the mandate and set alerts.
You can follow these simple steps to enable a disabled dashboard:
Set the “Board Status” filter view to "Disabled”.
Locate the desired Disabled board and click on the three dots in the top right corner. Select the "Enable Board" option from the dropdown menu.
This will enable the board
Note: Set the “Board Status” filter view to "Enabled" where you will be able to locate the enabled board. You can configure the dashboard and set alerts as per your requirement
