How frequently are financials updated?
Financials are updated based on the availability of statutory filings and disclosures made by companies to their respective government bodies. The update frequency depends on the fiscal year cycle followed within each geography.

If you find financial data that is outdated or unavailable, you can request an update directly from the company financials page using the Request for Update option. If you identify incorrect financial information, you can use the Suggest Edits option available on the platform.
Is there a limit to the number of Financials I can download?
There is no limit to viewing financial data or reports available on the Tracxn platform. However, downloading financial statements is credit-based.
For example:
Downloading the financial statements of one legal entity for one fiscal year deducts one credit.

If financials for a company are unavailable on the platform, users can request them using the Request For Financials option available on the company page. No credits are deducted for financial data requests submitted under supported geographies and fair usage policies.
Can I download Financials for multiple fiscal years?
Yes. You can download financial statements for multiple fiscal years directly from the company profile.
To download financial statements:
Search for the company using the global search bar.
Open the company profile.
Navigate to the Financials section from the left-side panel.
Click on Download Financials.
Select the required legal entity.
Choose the fiscal years you want to download.
Select the preferred format (Excel, PDF, or both).
Enter the output file name and proceed with the download.
For every fiscal year downloaded for a legal entity, one credit is deducted.
For example:
Downloading financial statements for 3 fiscal years of a company deducts 3 credits.
In some cases, the latest financials may still be under curation. Users can request updates using the Request for Update option.
