Rounds are marked as Common Rounds in cases where share information exists but detailed funding information is unavailable.
Common Rounds usually occur in the following situations:
Case 1: Shares issued at nominal value
Shares are issued to investors at nominal prices without a standard funding round structure.
Case 2: Share counts available but funding filing unavailable
In some cases, companies do not file funding events separately.
However, annual reports may still disclose share counts.
When share allocation data exists but exact share prices are unavailable, these rounds are classified as Common Rounds.
