Captable (capitalisation table) shows the distribution of equity shares for a legal entity. It provides information on pre and post-money valuations, return multiples, ESOP allocations, shareholding pattern etc.
Data is sourced from government sources, such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for Indian companies and Companies House for the UK.
You can access Captables on the Tracxn platform in two ways:
On the Company Details page, under the Captables tab
On the Home Page, under Products Overview > Explore Databases
