To export a list of companies, please follow these steps:

  • Begin by applying the necessary filters and criteria to shortlist the companies according to your requirements.

    • For example, we have applied the ‘Date of Funding Round’, ‘Company Current Stage’ and ‘Latest Post-Money Valuation’ filters to shortlist companies as per our mandate requirement. The same can be viewed here.

  • Once you have configured your mandate, navigate to the top of the page and locate the 'Export' option.

  • Click on 'Export,' which will direct you to the 'Download To Excel' page.

  • On the 'Download To Excel' page, you'll find the following information:

    • The number of results available for export.

    • Information about your export credits, including the total number of credits required for the current export.

  • To further tailor your download, expand the 'Customize your output' option within the same page. Here, you can select specific data points by checking the corresponding boxes in this section.

  • If you wish, you can modify the name of the export file to suit your preferences.

  • Before proceeding, ensure that you check the box indicating, 'I agree that this is for YourCompany’s internal usage only.'

  • Finally, click on the 'Download to Excel' button to initiate the export process.

To adjust the number of companies included in the export file, please follow these steps:

  • On the 'Download To Excel' page, select the 'Custom' radio button.

  • In the 'From' and 'To' sections, you can modify the range to specify the start and end row numbers you wish to download.

  • Click the 'Apply' button to save your changes.

  • If desired, you can also customize the name of the export file according to your preferences.

  • Before proceeding, ensure that you check the box indicating, 'I agree that this is for YourCompany’s internal usage only.’

  • Finally, click on the 'Download to Excel' button to initiate the export process.
