IPO Overview

The IPO section allows you to analyze companies that have gone public across global markets, currently tracking over 50K+ IPOs and always updated with the latest listings. For each IPO, you can see key details like the IPO date, company name, listed exchange, market cap at IPO, revenue, valuation multiples (P/S and P/E), and location, all in one place. It's a great way to analyze IPO trends, track newly listed companies, and understand how companies are valued when they hit the public markets.

Who can benefit and how to use this section?

Investors: Track IPO activity across time periods and markets, spot newly listed companies, and dig into valuation metrics to make more informed investment decisions.

Founders: Understand IPO benchmarks, compare financial metrics, and see how companies are typically valued at the time of listing.

Analysts & Researchers: Study IPO trends across geographies and sectors, compare financial metrics across companies, and build custom datasets using filters and advanced search.

How to Filter IPOs

Use the Filter option to narrow down the IPO list by key details like IPO date, exchange, valuation metrics, and company attributes. For a deeper search, the All Filters option gives you access to a much wider set of filters, including:

  • Issue Price at IPO

  • Market Capitalization at IPO

  • Total Amount Raised in IPO

  • P/S Ratio & P/E Ratio at IPO

  • Company Location (Country, State, City)

  • Revenue & EBITDA Growth (CAGR)

  • Company Stage & Other Details

And 100+ additional filters for more granular analysis

Build Custom Queries with Advanced Search

Need a more specific search? The Advanced Search option lets you build highly targeted queries by combining multiple filters together. You can:

  • Select the filters you need

  • Apply conditions like "is one of", value ranges, and more

  • Layer multiple filter groups for even more precision

This is useful when you want to build highly targeted IPO datasets using multiple filtering conditions.

Sorting Options

Use the Sort feature at the top of the table to organize the IPO list the way that works best for you. You can sort by:

  • IPO Date (Newest to Oldest / Oldest to Newest)

  • Total Amount Raised

  • Valuation Multiples (P/S, P/E)

  • Growth Metrics and Company Details

This makes it easy to quickly surface the most relevant IPOs based on what you're analyzing.

From the top of the page, you can Export data, save queries with Saved Searches & Alerts, Customize Columns, switch Currency, and adjust Row Density, all to make the data work the way you need it to.
