Facilitators are organisations that help investors and companies in executing the funding deals. Typical facilitators include Investment Banks and other Financial institutions.

Facilitators can execute the below two types of funding deals.

  • Funding Round: Facilitate the investors and companies in the Funding.

  • Acquisition: Facilitate the acquirer and the acquired company in the Acquisition.

  • You can access Funding Round facilitators under: "Investors > Facilitators".
