The Key Funding Rounds view showcases companies with significant funding rounds. The selection criteria to identify key funding round is as below:

  • Equity Rounds with investment amount over $50M

  • Equity Rounds with investment in the range of $25M to $50M while excluding the amount invested in bridge rounds. A round is considered a bridge round if :

    • Funding is raised in less than 12 months from the previous round and the amount raised is less than the previous round amount

    • Funding was raised in less than 12 months from the same investor.

  • Funding Rounds participated by Notable Investors

    • Notable Investors are identified on the basis of their portfolio count, portfolio performance, and accuracy of investments.

  • Equity Funding Round of over $10M in companies marked as Decacorns, Unicorns, Soonicorns, and Minicorns on the platform

To access the Key Funding Rounds view on your Tracxn Dashboard, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Funding Database on your Tracxn Dashboard.

  • Look for the left pane and click on "Key Funding Rounds". Alternatively, you can also access the Key Funding Rounds view from here.

You can use multiple filters based on geography, sector, investors, and other performance metrics to view the Key Funding Rounds in the markets of interest.
