To re-configure an alert on a dashboard, go to the ‘My Dashboards’ page and click the dashboard.
The respective dashboard will open. From here, click on the ‘Configure Board’ option from the left pane.
In the configure board page, in the ‘ New updates from the board’ section, under the ‘When do you want to receive the alert?’ section, choose the frequency at which you want to receive the alerts. You can even use the ‘Custom’ option to set the alert to a particular date and time for the widgets on the dashboard.
Additionally, you can modify the choice of the widgets for which you want to receive updates on by using the "Advanced Settings".
Click on ‘Save and take me to my board’ to implement the Alert.
Note:
Currently, we allow only one alert to be set per dashboard.
It may take up to 24 hours to receive the first mail for the alert set.
If the Dashboard on which the alert was set is disabled, then the alert set by the user will also be disabled.
