What are Generic Lists?

Generic Lists are Feeds for company groups that are defined outside Tracxn's sector classification.

They include:

Generic Company Lists: Fortune 500, Global 2000, Inc 5000, DPIIT Registered, and Shark Tank - India.

Accelerator Batches: Y Combinator Batches, Techstars Portfolio, 500 Startups Portfolio, and more.

Within an accelerator Feed, companies are usually grouped by the year they completed the program.

Where can I find Generic Lists?

  1. Click Sectors in the left navigation and select All Sectors.

  2. In the sidebar, select Generic Lists.

  3. Expand Generic Company Lists or Accelerator Batches.

  4. Select a Feed.

Selecting a Feed opens the Companies database page with that list applied as a filter.

You can also apply the Sector filter after opening a list to narrow the companies to a specific sector.

Example

If you want to find Fortune 500 companies, open Fortune 500 and apply the Sector
