Receive convenient email notifications to monitor companies in your pipeline effectively.

By utilizing the alert feature in Deal Flow CRM, you can stay updated on the companies in your pipeline directly in your inbox. Whenever there is a new funding round or news mentions related to the companies in your pipeline, we will automatically notify you.

Please note that you have full control over the alerts and can modify or stop them anytime through the Alert tab.

See how you can set alerts on your CRM deals below:

  • Go to Products > CRM > Deal Flow CRM

  • Expand the ‘Alerts’ option located on the left panel. Choose ‘Configure Alert

  • Under the “When do you want to receive this alert?” section, configure the alert based on your desired frequency.

  • You can also customize the delivery time of alerts.

To customize the frequency and the delivery time of receiving the alerts,

Click on the "Custom" radio button. Select the desired frequency, and time of receiving the alert.

  • Under the Export section, click on the “Provide an export of the updates with alert mails” check box if you want to receive a link to download the export file in each alert mail.

  • Under ‘Select companies for which you want alerts’, section, you can choose the companies for which you want to receive the alerts from the two options mentioned below:

    • Companies assigned to me

    • All companies

  • On expanding the ‘Advance Settings’, you can customize the alerts based on Teams, Widgets, Content Settings, and the ‘Stages’ for which you want to receive the alerts.

What information does an alert email widget have?

Your alert email contains the following details about the companies in the pipeline

  • IPOs

  • Analyst Picks

  • Other Notable Activity

  • M&A News

  • Soonicorn Club

  • Funding Rounds
