Due diligence documents section lets you organise your checks before finalising a round. Managing your due diligence checklist on Tracxn CRM makes it easy for you to access and share the information with your team members.

Here's how you can add Due Diligence information:

  • Click on the ‘Due Diligence Items’ option in the company's Deal Flow CRM page.

  • From the dropdown menu of the ‘Select Due Diligence Item:*’ section, select the datapoint and add information pertaining to it.

  • You can additionally add notes, files and URLs for the respective datapoint by using the ‘Add additional details’ option present in the same page.

  • You can view all the Due Diligence information that you have updated from the ‘Due Diligence Documents’ page. If the Due Diligence Item that you are looking for is not present in the list of documents, you can use the ‘Request New Due Diligence Item’ button to raise a request with the Tracxn team.

Note: By default, you will see pre-set items in your Due diligence documents section. However, If you think some of the items are not relevant to your workflow, you can hide them by using the “Customize” option in the ‘Due Diligence Documents’ page of the company profile, or you can do the same from 'CRM Settings > Due Diligence Documents' page.

Any changes that you make in this page will impact the Due Diligence documents section in the company's CRM page

  • You can also request for Tracxn's Due Diligence report by using the ‘Request New Report’ option from Reports > Company DD Pack page.
