Notes are a great way to add details about a deal. Notes are shared - i.e., a note added by you can be seen by any other user in your organization

Here's how you add a Note:

  • From Company page

  • Click on the 'Other Notes’ option in the company Deal Flow CRM page.

  • Using the date picker, choose the date that you think should be associated with the note. Current date is displayed by default

  • Add a suitable title to the note

  • Type the note in the description box. You can add formatting to your notes as needed. E.g: You can add lists, bullets, headers, etc.,

  • You can add any supporting files or documents for the note

  • Click on the save button to save the notes.

Visit the CRM home page. Click on 'Notes & Documents' tab to add or view notes and documents

  • Click on the 'Add Notes & Documents' button to add a note. This will open a form

  • Search for a company that is already added to the Deal Flow CRM. You can only add Notes & Document to companies that are already added to the CRM

  • Repeat steps 2-6

  • Visit the CRM home page. Click on Add CRM Notes & Docs option via the kebab menu available on every company card. This will open a form.

  • Repeat steps 2-6

  • Refer to column 'Notes & Documents' in the tabular view to see the summary of notes and documents added to that deal. Click on 'Add Notes & Documents' CTA to add notes or documents

  • On click 'Add Notes & Documents'. This will open a form

  • Repeat steps 2-6

Here's how you can view the Notes & documents added:

Company page

  • View all notes & documents added to a company from the Notes section of that company's CRM page

  • You can also edit/ delete notes from here

Notes & Documents view

  • View all Notes & Documents added in your CRM from CRM > Notes & Documents view

Table view

  • View all Notes & Documents added to a deal from the table view. Click on 'view all' CTA in the 'Notes & Documents' column in the tabular view. This opens a modal with all the notes & documents added to that deal
