Pipeline view helps you easily visualise and keep track of a deal's progress. It gives you information about the deals based on what stage they occupy in your workflow

By default, your pipeline consists of pre-set stages. However, you can fully customise your pipeline view according to your workflow from CRM Settings.

Here's what you can do from this view:

  • Views

On landing, you will see all companies added to the CRM from the 'All Deals' view

You can also choose to view companies that are only assigned to you from the 'My Deals' view. Unassigned Deals view has those companies that are added to the CRM but are not assigned to any users

  • Filters on deals

You can use quick filters to filter companies in your CRM based on your requirements. E.g.: You can apply a source filter 'Fund', to view all the companies where Funds is added as a source.

You can also use all company filters from the filter menu to narrow your search based on Tracxn's company information

  • Add Companies

You can add companies to the CRM by clicking on the 'Add Companies' button in this view. You can choose to add companies one at a time or in bulk. There is also an option to upload companies in bulk via a .CSV file. Read this article to learn more

  • Quick actions on the companies added

You can perform quick actions like adding notes and documents or removing the company from the CRM using the kebab menu next to the company name.

  • Download CRM information

You can download your CRM information using the 'Export' button. The downloaded excel workbook contains all the CRM related information of your deals. You could also download Tracxn's information on your deals along with the CRM information.

Note: Downloading your CRM data doesn't cost you any credits. However, if you want Tracxn's company information along with the CRM data, it incurs a regular charge (i.e., one credit per company)

You could also export CRM data for a specific stage as below:

  • Request support

Click on the support menu to reach out to Tracxn support team in case you need any help
