You can follow these simple steps to set up Sourcing by Team dashboard as per your mandate.
Go to About Sourcing by Team section and click on "Set up a new board now". You will be led to the configuration page or you can click here.
Update the Board name and Board description of the Sourcing board.
In the Board filters section, select the relevant educational institution or company to specify the team background. You can further refine your sourcing by filtering based on Geography, Founded Years, Company Keywords, etc as shown below
In the feed setting you can now select whether you want to receive the updates from this board in your home dashboard feed
You can configure alerts for the desired frequency and then click on the "Save and take me to my board" button to effect these changes.
