Tracxn MCP Across Your Workspace: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides

Tracxn market intelligence now flows into Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides through any MCP-compatible AI tool add-in. Connect the Tracxn MCP connector once, inside the AI tool you already use - Claude, ChatGPT, or another available tools and pull company, funding, investor, and market data directly into the file you are working on. No exports. No copy-paste. No separate dashboard to check.

How the Connector Works

Every AI add-in that supports MCP follows the same three-step pattern:

  1. Add the AI tool as an add-in inside your app (Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, or Slides).

  2. Connect the Tracxn MCP connector inside that AI tool and authenticate with your Tracxn account.

  3. Query Tracxn data in plain English from the task panel. The AI tool streams the data directly into your active file.

Example: Connecting Tracxn MCP in Excel via Claude Add-in

  • Open Excel. Go to Home → Add-ins. Search for Claude. Sign in or create an account.

  • Click +, then go to Connectors.

If Tracxn is already listed: toggle it on.

If not: add the Tracxn MCP connector and authenticate with your Tracxn account.

Type your request in plain English in the task panel.

Claude pulls Tracxn data into your active worksheet as a formatted table.

Same Steps, Different App

Google Sheets: Use the Add-ons menu instead of Add-ins. Same connector, same authentication.

PowerPoint: Use the Add-ins menu. Data streams into slides as tables or text blocks instead of worksheet cells.

Google Slides: Use the Add-ons menu. Same behavior as PowerPoint.

What You Get

Company profiles, funding rounds, investor data, acquisitions, and market maps, delivered as formatted, structured content inside the file already open in front of you.

Ask again and the data updates. No manual refresh, no export step, no switching tabs.
