Understand Corporate Structure & Risk Indicators of a Legal Entity

Corporate Structure

The Corporate Structure section helps you understand how a legal entity is connected to other entities within a corporate group. Instead of reviewing ownership relationships individually, this section presents them in a structured hierarchy, making it easier to understand how different entities are connected.

Using the Corporate Structure view, you can:

🔹 Identify parent companies, subsidiaries, associates, and other related entities.

🔹 Understand ownership relationships across different levels of a corporate group.

🔹 Visualize the complete ownership hierarchy from holding entities to operating entities.

🔹 Explore domestic and cross-border ownership relationships within the corporate structure.

The hierarchy view allows you to quickly understand how ownership and control are distributed across the group, helping you analyze business structures more efficiently. This section is particularly useful for due diligence, ownership analysis, competitor research, and understanding complex corporate groups.

Risk Indicators

The Risk Indicators section helps you identify potential compliance, governance, operational, or financial risks associated with a legal entity. Risk indicators are grouped into different categories and presented through configurable triggers that help users quickly identify areas requiring additional investigation.

Examples may include legal activity, financial stress indicators, compliance-related observations, and other risk signals where available.

Customize Risk Triggers

You can customize the risk indicators displayed by clicking on the Edit Triggers option. This allows you to select the specific risk categories that are most relevant to your analysis.

If you would like additional risk indicators to be tracked for a legal entity, you can also submit a request through the platform.
