Tracxn AI Assistant Overview

The Tracxn AI Assistant is a natural language conversational interface that helps you interact with Tracxn's data more efficiently. Instead of navigating multiple workflows, configuring filters, or building complex search queries, you can simply ask a question in plain English and receive a synthesized response backed by Tracxn data.

The AI Assistant is designed to help users move from exploration to insight faster by combining conversational search, data retrieval, and workflow navigation within a single interface.

Key capabilities

🔹 The AI Assistant can surface company profiles, funding history, financial highlights, operational insights, and other relevant information in a single response, helping you evaluate companies more efficiently.

Compare companies and analyze markets

🔹 Run competitor comparisons and explore market-level trends through a conversational workflow.

🔹 Whether you want to compare companies within a sector or understand broader industry activity, the AI Assistant can summarize relevant information and present key insights in a structured format.

How the AI Assistant works

Ask questions in natural language

Enter your question as you would ask a colleague.

The AI Assistant interprets your request and identifies the relevant entities, metrics, and datasets required to answer it.

Reference specific entities

Use the @ symbol to reference specific companies, legal entities, or investors directly within your query. For example: @Nvidia, @Slack etc

This helps the AI Assistant understand the exact entity you want to analyze and improves the relevance of the response.

Receive structured responses

Responses are presented in a conversational format and may include:
🔹 Summarized insights
🔹 Key metrics and data tables
🔹 Ranked company lists
🔹 Comparative analysis
🔹 Market observations

The response format adapts based on the type of question being asked.

Continue your research

Each response may include suggested follow-up questions that help you explore related topics and continue your workflow without starting a new search.

Integrated platform navigation

The AI Assistant is connected directly to Tracxn workflows.
Where relevant, responses include links to associated List Pages and Detail Pages, allowing you to move seamlessly from a summarized answer to deeper analysis within the platform.

Share and export insights

Responses generated by the AI Assistant can be copied for reuse, shared with team members, or exported as PDF reports for documentation and collaboration purposes.
