Yes — each team member connects with their own Tracxn credentials in their preferred AI client.

Yes, you can send a request from here or contact your account manager.
7. When should I use OAuth vs. API token?
Use OAuth for consumer AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) — it's the simplest path. Use an API token for in-house AI platforms, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or any MCP client that doesn't support browser-based OAuth.
8. Can I use OAuth and API token at the same time?
Yes. You can have an active OAuth session in Claude and use an API token from your internal AI platform simultaneously. Both authenticate against the same Tracxn account.
9. How do I rotate my API token?
Go to Integrations → AI Integration → Tracxn MCP → Manage and click "Generate new MCP token." This invalidates the previous token immediately. Update any clients using the old token with the new one.
