What is ‘Claim Profile’?

If you are a founder/team member of a company listed on Tracxn, you can now claim the company profile for free.

What are the benefits of claiming a company profile?

Claiming a company profile allows you to update the latest and most accurate information on your company's Tracxn profile on priority.

What is the prerequisite to claim a company profile?

You will need to create a free account on Tracxn using your company email id.

Which company profiles can be claimed?

  • You can claim profiles of companies that currently exist on Tracxn.

  • If you cannot find your company, you can raise a curation request to get it listed on Tracxn. Once curated, you can claim the company profile.

How to claim a profile?

You can claim your company profile by following the steps below:

  1. Create a free account on Tracxn

  2. Once you have created a free account, login to the Tracxn platform.

  3. Find your company via the Global Search and go to the Company Detail Page.

  4. Click on My Activity > Claim Profile tab on the company detail page. Alternatively, you can click on the Tab that says Founder? Claim Profile on the banner at the top. This will take you to My Activity > Claim Profile tab for the company.

  5. On the Claim Profile tab, click on the Claim This Profile button. A modal will open where you will need to provide the relevant details about you and your association with the company. After providing the details, click on Submit Request button

Note:

If your company is not showing up in search results, that means your company is not curated on Tracxn. You can raise a curation request to add your company on Tracxn (see screenshot below). We will notify you once your company is curated. You can then raise a claim request by following the steps above.

How to Request Edits?

You can request edits on company profiles by following the steps below:
​Note: The Request Edits option is available only after you have successfully claimed the company profile.

  1. Once you have claimed your company profile, on the company detail page, click on Request Edits button. Request Edits button are present at the top on all tabs.

  2. Click on Request Edits button and a modal will open where you can edit the changes you want done

  3. After making the changes, click on Submit button

How to disclaim myself/team members?

You can Disclaim yourself or your team members by following the steps below:

  1. You can raise a request to disclaim yourself or a team member from the Claim Profile tab on the company detail page by clicking on the Disclaim Tab.

  2. We will notify you once your request is processed - Approved or Rejected.
