Fresh Issue Amount mentioned under the "Subject Matter of the Resolution."
Offer for Sale (OFS) Proceeds, which represent the value of shares sold by existing shareholders.
For example, in the attached reference image:
Fresh Issue Amount: Rs. 1,500 Million.
- Offer for Sale (OFS): 1,32,00,000 shares × Rs. 2 (face value).
- Total Funding Round Amount = Rs. 1,500 Million + Rs. 264 Million (OFS).
Multiple Filings for the Funding Round
The Funding Round Amount is the aggregate of all amounts specified under "Fresh Issue" and "Offer for Sale" across the filings.
